The Mezza’s New Years Day Shake

Now that the New Year is upon us it is time to think about how healthy we want to be in the year ahead.   I love going to my gym Lifetime and getting a shake after my workout.   Here is a special shake recipe from Lifetime and inspired by one of their trainers.    The Green Shake:

Fresh Spinach, almond butter, almond milk and vegan protein powder.   Blend all ingredients in a juicer and enjoy.    Base it on a single serving for all ingredients.
